COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS OF GOODS

 

The shipment arrived damaged or was not delivered within the specified period.

Due to the fact that consignments are handled many times, both by machines and people, in rare cases it can happen that the consignment arrives damaged or is lost.

How to behave in this case?

Mainly keep calm. For these cases, use the form that can be found here. No worries, it won’t cost you anything extra at all. I rely heavily on a low carbon footprint. This means that in no case do I request the return of the goods. Just fill out the complaint form. Then I will contact you and we will either solve the situation by returning the money, or I will send you new goods. It all depends on your decision. If the shipment is damaged, I will need a photo of the goods as proof of the damage.

The shipment has not yet been delivered

Please note that the delivery time does not take into account local processing, which may take several days depending on the area. Fees and associated costs vary by country of destination.

As the consignments will be sent as standard writing, customs proceedings will most likely not be initiated anywhere. Customs policy is very different.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import taxes, duties and charges levied by the country of destination. The consignee of an international consignment may be subject to import taxes, duties and charges which are levied as soon as the consignment arrives in the consignee’s country. The consignee must pay additional customs clearance fees. 4HN has no control over these fees.
