What about the transport of goods?

The goods are packed and sent in such a way that the transport costs are as ecological and economical as possible, but at the same time the standard to which customers are used is observed. Keeping the carbon footprint as low as possible is very important. Each shipment is packaged in recycled packaging and easily decomposable packaging. Simply so that the waste that is unavoidable does not harm the environment.

How will the goods be delivered?

The goods will be sent by standard postal service. In the destination country, it will be handed over to the local postal institution and then delivered to the customer.

How long does delivery take?

Shipments are sent from the Czech Republic in Central Europe. Within Europe, they will be delivered within 2 weeks. Shipments to other countries and continents will be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks. All shipments will be sent in an economical way that does allow them to be tracked.
Customer has to worry about lost shipments. Insurance applies to these very exceptional cases. See below the section of the complaint procedure.

Customs procedure

As the consignments will be sent as standard writing, customs proceedings will most likely not be initiated anywhere. Customs policy is very different. If customs clearance procedures are required, this may cause delays beyond the original supply estimates.

Where can the goods be delivered?

Simply everywhere in the world. No matter where you are, you can order the goods to any existing address at the lowest possible amount depending on your address.

What is PayPal?

PayPal is an internet payment system that allows payments for online purchases and money transfers between individual PayPal accounts.

It is safe?

PayPal uses 3D Secure, a security protocol that increases security and allows more secure authentication when using a debit or credit card when shopping online. Depending on the card type, it is referred to as “MasterCard SecureCode”, “Verified by Visa” or “Safekey” for American Express cards.

PayPal payments are not limited to users with an active PayPal account. PayPal allows anyone with a credit or debit card to pay for online products or services.

How to buy and pay through the PayPal payment gateway?

1. There are more options when buying goods. Either buy the selected goods immediately by clicking on the PayPal button and logging in to an existing PayPal account, or directly on the Debit or Credit Card button without having to open an account on PayPal. By clicking on the button to add the selected goods to the basket, you will get the opportunity to buy more goods at once and make any changes to the quantity directly in the basket. Or fill in the discount code, if available.

(Personally, I recommend setting up a PayPal account, which has a lot of possibilities of use and is becoming more and more popular in the world. In addition, you do not risk anything with PayPal payments and you can also save with an active account.)

2. Enter card information
Without a PayPal account, you’ll only be able to use the following payment options: debit card and credit card.

3. Confirmation
Once you’ve reviewed all payment information, you can proceed with your payment.

You will then be notified by email.

COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS OF GOODS

The shipment arrived damaged or was not delivered within the specified period.

Due to the fact that consignments are handled many times, both by machines and people, in rare cases it can happen that the consignment arrives damaged or is lost.

How to behave in this case?

Mainly keep calm. For these cases, use the form that can be found here. No worries, it won’t cost you anything extra at all. I rely heavily on a low carbon footprint. This means that in no case do I request the return of the goods. Just fill out the complaint form, which can be found below. Then I will contact you and we will either solve the situation by returning the money, or I will send you new goods. It all depends on your decision.

The shipment has not yet been delivered

Please note that the delivery time does not take into account local processing, which may take several days depending on the area. Fees and associated costs vary by country of destination.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import taxes, duties and charges levied by the country of destination. The consignee of an international consignment may be subject to import taxes, duties and charges which are levied as soon as the consignment arrives in the consignee’s country. The consignee must pay additional customs clearance fees. 4HN has no control over these fees.
